General info

Electric Bike launched with 10,000 copies of Issue 1 distributed and with around 30,000 readers for the free online edition.

With Issue 2 the print run for Electric Bike increased to 13,500 copies.

Distribution is via:

• Copies sent by (paid) direct subscription to electric bike enthusiasts: currently several hundred.
• Copies distributed by advertisers (around 2000). Most report very positive results giving away copies even if their bike isn't reviewed that issue; it's a great give-out to inform and educate customers. Advertisers have or have promised to distribute free copies of the magazine at events across the cycling and outdoor leisure market.
• Copies distributed by dealers (approx 7000 first issue, 10000+ second issue). As above: dealers report it's great to have a high production values publication to hand out, and several have requested further copies.
• Further copies also go to relevant opinion formers in the media and industry (a few hundred).

Dealers - get listed and get free mags!

If your shop's not in Electric Bike, then we won't be sending customers your way.

Advertise your shop and let us drive customers to you. Listings start at just £50 per issue (or a mere £140 per year). A listing is free with any larger advert.

As well as a text listing we'll be indicating dealer locations on a map of the UK. You can also list the brands you carry (15 words max!)

UK dealers: order spare bundles of magazines

Many UK dealers will receive a bundle of 50 magazines free of charge, either through Raleigh (who distribute it to their own dealer network) or because they, or their suppliers, are advertisers. As it's a free distribution magazine dealers are free to give away the magazines to potential or existing customers. But the quality of the publication means some also sell them: a price of "£2.50 where sold" is printed on the cover, although you can set a different price if you wish.

If you sell at £2.50 each, you will be making a profit of £100 or more per bundle of 50. Or sell for just a pound each and still make over 50% pure profit!

You will receive an automated email receipt. VAT is zero on magazines. Magazines will usually be sent using a next day courier service. Please note that to keep costs down we cannot operate this service by formal invoice and subsequent chasing for payment - immediate pre-payment is required by card or Paypal. Payments are handled securely by Worldpay or PayPal (you choose which):
